A. Freeburg is a small rural community located just 4 miles west of
the Susquehanna River on Route 35, approximately one hour north of

Q. Can I purchase directly from the factory?
A. Sometimes YES, sometimes NO. If you are located in one of our established
sales territories where we have stores located, you will be referred to
your closest store. If you are located in an area that is not an established
sales territory, you will be referred to our showroom and your order will

Q. How do I get pricing?
A. You will receive pricing from your local dealer if you are located in
an established sales territory, or through the showroom if you are not located

Q. If I am dealing directly with the factory showroom, can delivery
and set-up be arranged?
A. Yes.
Q. How many cherry finishes do you offer?
A. We offer three finish choices in formal cherry. Brandywine is our traditional
cherry finish and it is a classic red, Cambridge is our medium brown finish, and Natural is
a clear finish. (Natural finish is done only on a custom order basis.) We offer
Heritage as the exclusive choice for our Casual Cherry collection. Heritage is a light to medium
brown with a low sheen and slight distressing. Our Shaker collection comes standard in a very light brown finish
called Nutmeg, but is available in a variety of other colors upon request
Q. How many oak finishes do you offer?
A. Presently we offer the "golden" finish as the exclusive choice
for our oak line.
Q. How should I take care of my fine furniture?
A. For the most part, a microfiber cloth will remove normal dust without the need for any polish. If you occasionally wish to use polish, we recommend Guardsman Brand products. If you purchase polish from the grocery store, avoid ones that are wax based as they can contribute to a dull finish with prolonged use.
